This class is a one stop shop taking you to Italy and back. It teaches you the secrets to a perfect pizza. How to get the restaurant like chewy and crispy crust whilst avoiding soggy bottoms. Then you will learn how to make a classic and favourite Lasagne and a delicious spongy Focaccia. Thereafter, you will learn four pasta sauces with which you can make almost any type of pasta dish or vegetable/pasta bake. It opens the doors of endless opportunity for you to experiment and explore.
