Masala Dosa, Uttapam, Idli, Sambhar, Upma, Coconut Chutney
This class is totally vegan without the need for any substitutes. There are over 100 types of Dosa and the most common is a Masala Dosa. This class will teach you how to make a Dosa which is a thin savoury crispy pancake and the potato masala filling to go with it. Some other variations of Dosa will also be explained in the class. Healthy breakfast dishes Idli and Uttapam, followed by a high protein South Indian Soup known as Sambhar and a delicious coconut chutney.
