Dabeli  - One of our signature dishes - First we dry roast our secret spices to make a unique blend of flavours which are then mixed with mashed potato to make a filling. This is then stuffed in a toasted bread roll with some tamarind chutney, roasted peanuts and coriander leaves. A very popular dish on the streets of Mumbai.

Khandvi - Also known as paturi, khandvi are soft, light savoury rolls of goodness. Commonly made using a combination of gram flour and yogurt -  they are a real crowd pleaser. They are often eaten as an appetiser or snack and are very moreish. Many people vouch for this as one of their top ten favourite dishes.

Gobi 65 - One of our signature dishes

Gobi means cauliflower. These are bite sized tangy, crispy, extremely tasty canape bites. Eaten as a starter, they are deep fried and it is literally a cauliflower on its wedding day living its best life. Highly recommend learning this one.

Paneer Butter Masala - Paneer is a fresh cheese made by curdling milk. Herein we use a ready made paneer and cook it in a blend of spices and flavours to make a very popular curry, sure to please your friends and family. Commonly eaten with a bread such as paratha or naan

Naan

Naan - A soft fluffy bread with rustic flavours - best eaten fresh off the heat with a curry or daal

Chakri

Chakri - Chakri literally means round. This snacky dish is crunchy and made out of rice flour mixed with yogurt, butter and spices then shaped in this signature style and deep fried. Enjoyed like crisps especially at Diwali it is a great snack to enjoy and can keep for at least 2 months if you can resist them that long.
